Evangelism
When it comes to reaching out to the community, the Evangelism ministry has been on the cutting edge from the beginning. For the last twenty five years the San Jose Silicon Valley has been impacted through one on one street witnessing, local neighborhood rallies, stage dramas, skits and music concerts. God’s Anointed Now & Next Generation
(High School & Jr.High)
With the many obstacles that face our young people today God’s Anointed Now Generation provides a place where young people can find answers and learn to live their life with purpose. The G.A.N.G. offers a variety of experiences such as; Dynamic Preaching from the Youth Pastor, Panel Discussions, Music Concerts, Youth Worker Sermonettes, Building Positive Relationships, Mentoring, Self-Esteem Building, Peer Pressure Support, Bible Study and much much more. There’s never a dull moment in the Youth God’s Anointed Now Generation! This ministry meets weekly and also provides retreats, local outings and activities throughout the year.

Marriage & Family
The Marriage and Family ministry is committed to providing couples with the basic principles needed to develop healthy Christ-Centered lifelong relationships. Classes provided are in the area of marriage enrichment, team building, communication, financial budgeting, engaged couples, blended families, parenting classes, and conflict resolution techniques.

Christian Recovery Homes
The Christian Recovery Home is a faith-based, non-profit organization that provides a residential live-in Christian environment. The Home provides men and women support in becoming self-sufficient, drug-free and productive members of society. The Home teaches residents about anger management, drug counseling, substance abuse support, gang counseling, addiction support services, communication skills, leadership training, mentoring, and aftercare.
*Our programs are free of charge, but individuals must meet the housing requirements for enrollment.

Men's Ministry Team
“And the angel of the Lord appeared unto him, and said unto him, The Lord is with thee, thou mighty man of valor.”( Judges 6:12 ) The Mighty Men of Valor ministry is designed to support men in reaching their potential in local ministry and in their personal walk with God. United Women In Ministry
United Women In Ministry is called to the task of evangelizing and discipling the hurting people of the world with the message of hope and plan of Jesus Christ. This call involves a commitment to train, develop, inspire and instill within women the desire to fulfill their potential in life with a sense of dignity, belonging and destiny. U.W.I.M. serves as a financial support base to world missions and works hand in hand with the vision of Victory Outreach International to accomplish the task before us.
Kidz G.A.N.G. God's Anointed New Generation
Kidz God's Anointed New Generation has been established to meet the needs and creatively nurture children and disciple a new generation unto the Lord Jesus Christ. The Kidz G.A.N.G. ministry specializes in providing class mentoring and training for children in from the ages of 1- 11 years old

Missionettes
This ministry provides a Christ-Centered Club for girls where young girls do fun projects, build friendships, learn life skills, and develop a well rounded femininity perspective. The program is structured in six groups depending on ages. In the missionettes program girls are able to achieve merit badges, goal setting, self-esteem building, and attend year around activities.
Royal Rangers
This ministry provides a Christ-Centered club for boys. The Royal Rangers challenges young boys to become men of God through a variety of methods. Royal Rangers offer a broad spectrum of programming such as outdoor camping, father and son bonding and mentoring. The program is structured in six groups depending on ages. In the Royal Rangers program boys are able to achieve merit badges, goal setting, self-esteem building, and attend year around activities.
Prison Ministry
The prison ministry is for men and women who were once inprisoned but now want to show, support, and guide prisoners in a new pathway to personal liberty through Jesus-Christ. Individuals are inspired and encouraged to turn from the prison lifestyle and become productive citizens within our community. Court Liason
This ministry provides liaison assistance for individuals that are incarcerated and going through the court process. We work together with individual judges to have cases adjudicated and request the possibility for an alternative sentence by which the client could enter our men’s or women’s Christian Recovery Homes. Community Outreach
This ministry reaches out to the community and collaborates with social services and resource agencies. The ministry also networks with private and public entities. This unique ministry is composed of several Victory Outreach Church members who are experts in working in various community programs throughout County of Santa Clara.
Usher & Hospitality Ministry
If you love people and are energetic then this ministry is for you. Your smile and helping hand will provide a pleasant and loving greeting to the community that visits our church. This ministry also participate in our evangelistic events providing it services.
Prayer Ministry
This ministry provides prayer for various needs within the congregation and all ministries within the church i.e. evangelism, worship ministries etc. The Prayer team gives a team of prayerful people the opportunity to intentionally seek God's will and advance the power of prayer. This prayer ministry takes prayer to a new level. Our prayer teams conduct spiritual warfare specifically attacking the works of darkness and releasing the move of God over the church, community and world. Our prayer team is part of United Prayer International.
